I am trying NOT to eat calories that are bad calories. Where to I find a list of good calories? Make Sense.

My main rule... NEVER eat things that go above 30% Fat.

I look at the total calories per serving (say 100).

I then look at the total calories of fat per serving (say 10, 25, or 35).

take the fat calories and divide them by the total calories.

You end up with .1, .25 and .35.

The two foods that are .1 and .25 are decent for you.

The one that is .35 is probably not going to help you lose weight anytime soon.
