Any low-carb vegetarians?

For health-related reasons, I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to stick to a low-carb diet. I've been a vegetarian for almost 10 years. I've been successful in the past with this diet (or should I say lifestyle) It's a matter of daily stress and willpower, which I'm sorely lacking. If anyone can give me any advice or support, I'd appreciate it. Also, feel free to friend me.

HI! You can add me. I am not a vegetarian but I am following a low-carb diet. I am doing well on it which is suprising because I love chips! I just keep telling myself to keep going and the chips aren't worth it. :) I just bought The New Atkinds Cookbook. There are alot of vegetarian recipes in there. Just a suggestion. Anyway add me if you like and we can motivate each other not to eat the carbs.

I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years, but just recently have started eating fish too. Not strictly low carb either, but i use a carb/protein/fat split of 40/30/30, and I have an open food diary. Feel free to add me.

Vegetarian, yes. Low-carb, not so much. I use a macro breakdown of 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat, which has worked out well for me. My diary is also open, so feel free to poke around if you like. Morningstar and boca both have decent high protein/low carb options that are easy to incorporate into a lot of meals.
