I'm a mom of three staying at home for the first time in my married life and I've put on 10 lbs. in the last 5 months! I need someone to be accountable to and I'll be a support back to you!

Good that you caught this before it got out of hand.
You'll need to acquire and use a digital kitchen scale to weigh all solids which you consume.
Set your weight loss goal to be 0.5 lb per week.
Then, mindfully prepare your plate and and enjoy your meals.
Be patient, be persistent, and be honest with your diary.0
