Newbie...Keto Diet this time:)

Hi! I'm new to MFP and I really like it. I was always underweight until I had my kids. Ive always LOVED candy and desserts and because of this I lose 30 lbs, gain, repeat. I lost 30lbs in 3 months the first time doing everything sugar free and fat free I could get my hands on. Very minimal calories. Second time, I lost even more, and people got concerned I was underweight. I had such a phobia of regaining the weight that I didn't eat quite enough to maintain and therefore kept losing. Anyway, candy happened and I'm trying keto this time. Like I always do, the nurse in me researched it thoroughly and think I've got it down. I was in keto in less than 24 hrs!! I was blown away! I'm aiming to lose about 30 lbs or so. Always trying to come up with SIMPLE ways to eat keto!!

I've been doing a keto diet for three weeks now! Loving the results and I feel great. 11 pounds down! Accepting any friends with a similar lifestyle. In need of some food inspiration and ideas.1
