Same Journey, round 2

Started in 2015, got down to 17st and wanted to push further to sub 15st. I let go and stopped tracking...

Started again this Monday just gone, stepped on a set of scales for the first time since my last weigh in back in 2015, I was 19st 9.5lbs. Down to 19st 5.5lbs today so water retention loss in first week went well, expecting the loss to slow down drastically in the coming weeks and I'll need motivation from friends, hoping to find some here. Always happy to support and motivate whoever adds me too :)
