My mission is to encourage women to see the beauty that's beyon the veil...meaning we can wear tons of makeup and workout to achieve a physical beauty... but true beauty is a transformation that God does in the heart! That beauty permeates our being and radiates from us!

Don't get me wrong, overall health is important.. we must take care of our temples because if we don't it becomes uninhabitable... so on this journey to a healthier lifestyle, I hope to reach my goal and encourage someone along the way! <3
