I know there's tons of Keto bread recipes out there, but if you're looking for a premade inexpensive one Aunt Millie's Healthy Goodness is the bomb. 5g net carbs per slice and it is available everywhere.

I eat one slice toasted in the morning with tons of butter

Why bother? Eat high fiber foods, vegetables, and fruit.

Because some people like to follow a low-carb diet for health purposes and may miss bread once and a while. What's wrong with that?

And thanks for the heads up, OP. I usually just make myself some almond buns to eat with breakfast sandwiches and burgers and they feed the bread craving well for me. But I can't say I've ever seen it in Canada, I assume you're in the US?

Nothing is wrong with it. But on a low carb diet, the point should be to avoid empty carbs like bread and get nutritional dense carbs like vegetables. Not to mention fiber. There is no room to waste what little carbs the diet allows on pretend bread. If we were talking calories that would be different.

That's fair. I haven't seen the ingredient list for the bread that OP suggests, but it might be pretty decent in regards to nutrition and fiber. Sometimes I'm willing to eat something not very nutritional to curb a craving though.

Interesting that their website doesn't allow you to see the ingredient list for their breads either; however, there are several other brands of bread that are lower in carbs than this one and pretty tasty:

    LC Foods Company
Dave's Killer Bread (specifically the thin-sliced)
Ezekiel Bread (excluding the cinnamon raisin)
    ThinSlim Foods
    Healthwise Bakery

    Just fyi, fwiw.
