Anyone doing a keto or carb cycling type diet on here? Add me as a friend, if you don't mind me seeing your diary! I like to get ideas. Been on the keto diet for about 3 weeks and have been loving the results! Currently transitioning to a carb cycling type diet and just seeing how my body responds. Happy Friday!

    Here's a good overview: https://www.reddit.com/r/ketogains/wiki/index#wiki_skd.2C_tkd.2C_ckd_-_what.2C_when_and_how.3F

As for me personally, I try to stick to regular keto. I've been thinking about trying targeted keto, where you consume a small amount of carbs just before your workouts to provide fuel for the workout and aim to have those carbs depleted by the time you're done. I'll see how my running goes in the summer to see if I need to do it or not.

It is, I like the keto diet but, I want to switch it up. I think carb cycling would be sustainable for me as a lifestyle change. Keto for me was mostly to get myself out of a plateau.

I will still have low carb days so food ideas for those days is what I am looking for.
