Weight training after baby

I'm due in 5 weeks and would like to have my next program lined up for when the doc gives me the 'okay' to go back to all normal activities. I'm considering the Jamie Eason Live Fit trainer again, doing a plan I found on a list from a bikini competitor, or on Fitness Barbie's blog. She posts workouts almost daily, so I thought I would look at the workouts from the previous week, and then plan those for the following week.
