Hi, I am 36 years old and this is my first time using this site and I am impressed so far... :)

My story is no different than anyone elses - we are all here for the same reason's - too get healthy. I have battled with my weight forever and my awww moment was when my brother (31yrs old) died of a heart attack. Not living a healthy life himself just showed me that life is way too short and I need to change now.....


Any advise or comments are always welcome and I would love to make some new friends too!!!

    Its not about 31 years old ! Its what he eats and I am good at dishing advice and cannot follow it :)
