Whey protein Jelly

Whey protein is a protein. How can I make it with jelly ?
When we make a jelly we have to heat the water but whey protein (it's a protein they will denature in hight temperatures)
I did it but when I dissolve whey in the cool temperature of jelly and let's they cool in the refrigerator. Whey protein are separated and set on the floor.
If you have some tips about whey protein jelly. Suggest me
