    Weighted lunges with long strides are killer on the booty too!

    Stand on two boxes... You can go lower before the weight hits the floor. Or hold the weight sideways.

    Also, depending on how tall you are( I can't tell from pic how wide your stand is), you can hit the bootie better with a wider stand, going lower.

    Kick backs are also really great for the glutes, and weighted bridges.
