A ginormous piece of chocolate cake, 7 pints of beer (so far!) ... 4900 calories and rising. Think today is a Write off!?!

I have been in maintenance for a year and a half...I still log, even special events and vacations. It's all just data!

My vote is for not writing today off, log it tomorrow the best you can remember, and...

Have a very Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday! I probably wouldn't bother logging but on the other hand you gotta get back on track tomorrow

Mine is tomorrow.... And no, I don't plan on it.

We're going out for breakfast, then going out for dinner/dessert later... There'll be no cares given. I've undereaten the past couple of days in anticipation :D

Where we're going has no nutrition info, and it's not all simple food with easily estimated calories. I'm not going to waste time thinking about it like I might do normally, or order something boring just so I can work it out!

I need the reminder days later when I'm back on track and start wondering why the scale isn't moving. I know I'll start thinking I ate less than I really did. My motto is log it
