Cutting/Saving Muscle with Injury

I need a new plan. I need high volume/frequency, light weight. What do some of your body part workouts look like? I'm used to sprinkling in isolation work around my compound lifts because I'm a power-lifter.

It's not the worst. Piriformis syndrome, most likely. But my sciatic nerve still feels pinchy when I squat and deadlift. For me, power-lifting comes first so I'm NOT having fun now considering I have barely lifted anything over 135 in 3 weeks.

I was in a hypertrophy block before I started cutting. In addition to a slightly higher rep DUP style training on my compound lifts, I had a decent amount of volume in accessory work as well.

I'm bored and sad. I don't want to quit cutting but I also want to have some fun in the gym. I feel like I've lost all strength. Am I going to look like a bag of *kitten* when this cut is over?
