My fitness journey doing crossfit.

Hello everyone. I've been doing crossfit for three weeks. I've lost two cup sizes and my arms and body is showing a lot of definition. I'm still working on my diet. I'm vegan and whoever say vegans can't gain muscle mass think again. I drink a gallon a day and I sit in the sauna everyday after working out. It helps relax my muscles after a hard crossfit workout. I also run 3.5-4 miles a day if I don't I do cardio at the gym.
