Quit smoking

I quit smoking in February and will be 100 days smoke free in 5 days. Since going off the nicotine patch 6 weeks ago, I have eaten everything that hasn't moved. My weight is still about the same, but I haven't been motivated to exercise, so I feel fatter, if that makes sense. It is like it has shifted. Anyway I did ride my spin bike today, which is a start. I am also 9 months out from breaking an ankle and I am almost 60 yrs old. I know that if I don't do something soon, I won't be able to get back to losing or working out. I am going to start tracking my food again, because that does seem to keep my on track. I feel crappy and I know it is because I have eaten nothing but junk for the last month. Time to get with it again.

Congratulations on quitting smoking! I went with e-cigarettes/vaporizers and was able to ween myself off the nicotine. Im super happy still to be smoke free!
Track everything you eat, all the time. Your consistency will pay off in giving you a more clear picture in what it is you need to do to fix your diet. Stick with it. Good luck!0
