Getting back to it

Hi. I am back on here after being gone really for almost 3 years. I maintained my 160 pound weight loss for almost 5 years. Until the last year. I've gained about 60 pounds due to health issues from a Depo Provera shot, and a parasite I had to do treatment for. I quit really trying to control my eating at all and have pretty much ate whatever I wanted and on my cruise we took last month I gained 25 pounds in 2 weeks! I figured it was just mostly water retention. But now a month later I still am carring this weight. So yes I'm still 100 pounds down. But I'm looking to lose that 60 pounds all over again. Looking for support and friends!
