Any MFP friends have helpful tips for upcoming Ramadan? I've been on a good streak and don't want to lose my motivation!

Ramadan Kareem! Since there is a small window of time between iftaar and suhoor, chances are you are going to be eating less anyway. Focus on your nutritional needs by eating enough protein and fats, and fit carbs accordingly (that's why eating a date and drinking milk is the perfect way to break your fast - meets every macro easily). You will find plenty of "Healthy suhoor meals" on the net/Pinterest. Stay well hydrated during those times as well. If you exercise, just pay attention to how you feel (you might have to do less intense exercises if you get dizzy or fatigue). Some people are able to exercise right before iftaar, but I have also seen others at the gym at like 10/11pm. It might be a good idea to plan for maintenance this month in case you start struggling. Best of luck!3
