So its been 2 months since change in diet and started going to the gym. Physically I notice I have more energy and I feel my body is adjusting well to my cardio workouts. However I haven't lost any weight. I know these things take time but 2 months and not even dropped 1lb. What do I do

If you haven't lost any weight then you are not in a deficit. Are you accurately tracking your intake? How do you calculate your exercise burns?1

I try to put in my intake every day and excercise if I do an hour on the tredmill I put that in and whatever calories are deducted from my intake. I try not to eat them all back maybe a snack and thats it.0

When you say "try to" that sounds like you aren't doing it 100%. Start logging everything as accurately as possible. If you don't have one yet, you may want to invest in a food scale to weigh all solids and ensure you're eating exactly as much as you're logging.5

Stop trying and start doing if you truly want to lose weight.4

It may seem strict at first, but proper logging will show results. Make sure you accurately log your food recipes and you'll be good to go.2

@rivem385 first of all well done on making the decision to hit the gym and make more healthy eating choices and for sticking with it for 2 months. Many Many people don't make it past the first weekend.
However, you "should" have seen some progress on the scales by now. As others have said you aren't eating at in a deficit.
Take the advise above and log everything really accurately and you'll get a better picture of what you are currently taking in.
What activity level do you have it set to? Is this completely accurate too?
IMHO overestimates the calories burned during exercise so be super careful about eating those back as you can come unstuck here too.
Tighten everything up and keep going. You'll soon see some progress!
