Eating back exercise calories

My calorie goal is 1380 and iv earnt 300 calories so far from my fitbit and wanting takeaway for tea which would take me to 1690 calories eaten today. Is that ok or should I aim to burn more calories through exercise to make sure I'm not that much over and that I dont eat back all my exercise calories?
I keep trying to get myfitnesspal to disconnect from my fitbit as I dont normally eat back my exercise calories but it keeps logging them.
I weigh in on Saturdays so iv still got rest of week to burn lots more calories.

MFP gives you a calorie goal BEFORE any exercise. MFP estimates your calorie burn for the day based on the information you provide. If you have a Fitbit syncing, MFP will adjust your calories up or down, depending on how active you are.
You are supposed to eat back your exercise adjustment. If you've only had your Fitbit for a short time, you may want to only eat back half of the calories until it "gets to know you."
If you want to eat them all, go for it! I have been eating back my exercise adjustments and will maintain/lose weight as expected.

Thanx that's great! I think I'm just a bit scared to eat too many calories as when I do i just think I won't lose weight. Iv previously done weight watchers and compared to calorie counting, I couldn't eat as much on weight watchers without going over my points.
All I can do is track everything and see what happens on the scales0 -

Weight watchers doesn't have you track fruits and veggies though, right? Those still have calories! WW gives you a lower point goal to compensate for not tracking those items.
Feel free to eat back all of your calories - or, you can bank them for bigger treats on other days if you like.
Give it 4-6 weeks and see how things are going. If you're not losing weight as expected, you may need to eat back fewer calories.
