I was curious, what are your favorite cookbooks to use?
My go-to currently is Whole Life Nutrition https://wholelifenutrition.net/ which is great for people who have gluten, dairy, corn, and soy allergies/sensitivities. While I don't have any of these, I try to limit diary and gluten because I just feel less bloated. Everything I've cooked so far has been so good, it feels like my cookbook bible.
I've also used their other cookbook Nourishing Meals https://wholelifenutrition.net/books/nourishing-meals-cookbook which has more recipes.

For new cooks I recommend Bittman's books, Greene on Greens, and Barbara Kafka's Vegetable Love.
Personally I have hundreds of cookbooks, don't actually follow recipes (I read them for ideas), and love them all. I also really like the epicurious site, and one called 101cookbooks.com.1
