Hi, I am returning member of MFP. I used MFP for a few years with some success and then left cause I thought I had all this under control. I had to have surgery last fall for a paraesophageal hernia and I am just now finally getting my energy level back up to where I want it. I lost 31 pounds after the surgery but have since added probably 20 pounds back(to be expected), but I don't want my weight to go any higher and need to take probably 10 back off. I have hit the menopause wall as well, so that is just another little hurdle to jump. Looking for friends here to share the daily journey and keep each other inspired to do this. My plan is to control the eating by eating well and accounting for every bite that crosses my lips. To walk everyday at the very least 30 minutes and throw in some weight training 3 days a week. I am not looking for a perfect body, just a healthy and strong one. :smile:
