Please help!! Postpartum!!

I am 13 months postpartum. I still have about 17-20 pounds to lose. I am 5'4" and weigh 137 pounds. I am in a size 7 Jean but used to be in a size5. I want to lose my gut. I joined a gym yesterday, what exercises do you recommend?

    Set yourself to lose .5 or 1lb a week using the mfp set up. If you are breastfeeding still make sure you log that as either food or exercise since your body requires extra energy to support that. Do whatever exercise you prefer to do, looking into a lifting routine would not hurt if you are up for it. Time will tell wether your stomach will ever return to its pre baby glory. Some women are able to and some are never quite able to kick the little pooch, some of it has more to do with genetics and elasticity than losing weight at that point.
