    Ugh, tired. Personal life was a bit stressful this week so sleep wasn't great last night. Gonna throw some chicken on the George Foreman grill and show and head to bed. I feel tired and it's 9:18pm. Stomach was giving me issues tonight. Hope I sleep better tonight. Have a good night all!

    Soooo looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow!! Felt better today, stomach was kinda weird this morning but isn't as noisy as it was yesterday. I think it's back to normal. Get your Zzzzzz tonight!

    I found there are free sleep apps you can use to help you improve your sleep. I think it takes time to improve your sleep and find one you like. Just another idea.

    Thanks @AwesomeHealth yeah there's apps, like meditation, etc., that can help relax you. It's an adjustment.

    I've done so so this week. Still struggling but still around 7 hours or so. I have a meeting going late tonight so the plan is to head home, shower and go to sleep. I'm sure I'll be tired around 9pm tonight. Ugh.
