2nd Go Around..

Ive been yo yo dieting for about 7 years now. However over the last 2 years I had maintained a 15lb loss.. I have never needed to lose more than 20 to 30lbs so I feel i have a hard time doing it. I am a stress eater and I have been under a lot of that the last 6 months. Bought my 1st house and I am getting married in 3 months.
My current stats are 160lbs 5ft4 28yo female
My 1st goal next 4 weeks to lose 8lbs
My 2nd goal in 8 weeks about 15lbs
Hopefully goal by end of August maintain 15 or try and hit 18lbs
I know I can do it last time I lost I did it in 3 months. Went from 159 to 145.
If anyone wants to add me or give me some extra tips I am willing to hear them. I mainly walk/jog for 60 to 120mins a day I am waiting for a workout vid to come in the mail. I ordered Cize. I love to dance.
Mainly focused on food atm I know that is my biggest hurdle and with working 12hrs running around non stop I tend to eat all day long.. Switching from bags of pb mms to carrots and fruits. Lol

    Best advice I can give you is weigh everything (food scale is essential for accurate logging) and don't be overly-restrictive. Good luck!
