Does it all make you hold water weight? Just curious

    Advil is an anti-inflammatory, so it shouldn't cause water retention. I don't know about Tylenol, though you could look up acetaminophen on drugs.com and find out.

    They shouldn't, but if you are using them for pain from overusing your muscles, the muscles could be causing water weight.

    Those meds are hard on some organs- mainly your liver and kidneys, so be careful with them.
