7/2: 197 No pounds lost but I can feel myself getting stronger, and for me that's half the battle won Unfortunately I didn't get to my goal weight, but I have high hopes for the next month.
July GW: 190lbs
7/10: 196.8 not much movement, but I'll keep pushing.
7/16: 197.8 wrong way
7/23: 194.4 yay! Don't know if I'll be able to reach my goal for yhe month, but I'm happy to see that eating my bmr(1520), getting in lots of steps per day (12k), and drinking about 80oz of water a day is working since last week.
7/31: 193.2 had a tough week, and bounced back up to 195 before I was able to get back on track. Hoping for a better August result

I just got back from a month long vacation. Two weeks in Houston, then two weeks in London. Houston I stayed at my best friends house so nutrition and exercise were on track. London, not so much. Pretty much tried all the beers and every food. Did a lot of walking.. .weighed myself: I am actually shocked, I lost a pound.2

I think I'll have to lower my time line. The last time I lost any weight I was considerably younger so I'll just try to keep my wishes down to some loss each month.

Oh yes that makes more sense! I now fit in my 14/16 Large dress ....the loose material on the hips saves me.

Yay a loss! Been doing some strength training and noticing small differences in my body that really please me. Rounder legs and bum. My shoulders are more square and stomach seems flatter and less bulbous. Need to get some pics so I can compare them to the ones I took in May!
