10 pounds in a month

OK so starting today I am going to try and lose 10 pounds in 1 month/4weeks. Starting today 21st may and finishing on 19th June. If anyone else wants to give it a go with me please do and we can support each other on the way. I'm going to post a weekly weight loss each week on Mondays so you can all see how I'm doing too.

Yay. I'm glad lots of people have decided to join me. We will all post our pound loss on Monday and our final pound loss on the 19th June. Can't wait to see everyone's results2

End Goal - 19.6.17: 83.6 kg/184.2 lbs
Total weight to lose on 22.5.17: 36.1 kg/79.6 lbs
Total weight to lose on 19.6.17 if goal is met: 31.6 kg/69.6 lbs2 -

I would also love to join. My starting weight is 72.9KG/161lb. Hopefully by 19th June I'll be 68.4KG/151lb!
Snacking is my biggest problem...and I've also just given up smoking so this will be a big challenge!0 -

@lougrace89 snacking is also my problem especially at work so I'm taking lots of healthy snacks with me to have when I'm feeling the urge lol1

@runnerjazz1594 what type of snacks are you taking? I'm trying to eat clean (ish) so going for fruit and nuts. Was really disappointed this morning...20g of hazelnuts are just over 136 cals. I could have had a kit Kat instead haha! If anyone has any good snack ideas please share!0

I didn't include my starting weight and goal weight for this challenge: starting: 230; goal 220
I'm trying to eat clean also, cutting our carbs as in bread, pasta, sugar etc.. as well as cutting wine/alcohol out all together although I didn't do so well with that last night.0 -

@lougrace89 I take lots of fruit and cereal bars things like that I love sweet things so I find fruit settles my craving1
