There's nothing wrong with them, if that's what you're asking. I make smoothies with fruit, almond milk and vegan protein powders, especially when I'm having trouble meeting my protein target.0

I like making protein smoothies with protein powder, fruit, coconut water, flax seed and spinach. It's yummy and helps me hit my target.0
