Looking for like-minded women

Hello! This is the first time for me to make an introduction post, but it's my (probably) 4th time to start. I'm 29 years old and around 143 (unreliable scale). My birthday was recently and I was feeling simultaneously depressed/motivated that I am so unhappy with my body at this age/last year of 20s.

My goals are: lose 20+ lbs, get healthy/fit for pregnancy (and through pregnancy), and feel better (physically and mentally).

I'm five foot zero, so I know it will be a struggle. I'm seeing how my mom struggles with losing weight so I want to start before I get too frustrated (although she hasn't given up!)

    Hello! I'm 31 and 183, I need to lose about 30 lbs for my 5 foot 5 frame. I also want to get healthy/fit for pregnancy myself! We're going to start trying in a little bit. Friend me if you'd like! :smile:

    Hi, I too am 29 and determined to FINALLY lose this weight, after many stops and starts. I'm 5"4 starting at 145 pounds, hoping to get to somewhere between 130 - 135! We are thinking about having a baby in the next couple of years too so I am conscious it is easier to get healthy and fit on this side, while I still have some time to myself! Good Luck x
