Gym routine?

Is anyone in here super familiar with gym routines/schedules who can help me sort one out for myself? I'd like to go 4 days a week, upper/lower split, but I'm not sure which exercises to do to make sure I'm getting the most efficient and effective workout. I have looked at the programs on Reddit that were suggested, and some others online, but I have limited ROM in one arm, so I can't do some exercises and I'm not sure what I could swap them out with to work the same muscle groups.

Any help in helping me get sorted would be much appreciated!
