how serious is going over the allotment of sugar on 1200 calorie diet I am trying to eat fruits and they are loaded with sugar any suggestions????

The macros such a Carbs, Protein, Fat, Sugar ect are Suggestions, not limits. As long as you're getting sugar from a healthy source and have not been directed by a doctor to limit sugar in any way, do not worry about being over any of these. You can even edit them yourself if you so desire. The most important thing is to hit your calorie goal and not under eat.0

Fruit sugars are no big deal at all, unless of course you have a medical condition that dictates otherwise. I go through bouts of eating TONS of fruit, and I got tired of seeing big red numbers in the sugar department, so I stopped paying attention to the sugar and now track fiber instead.0
