Does anyone out here have advice on how to lose "love handles". I've struggled with them for a long time and they just won't go!

They'll be the first thing to go once your weight drops. Don't give up, give it some time.

Yes have had them since puberty. First time in years I see them going away. And let me say that for me it is not the first thing to go, it was and is the last thing to go.
Ok ppl are gunna tell u macros dont matter but they are full of it. Every body is unique and handles carbs proteins and fats differently. Our body stores fat based on our hormones so naturally we need to balance out our hormones, through diet exercise and stress control. I was skinnier than I am now and i was top heavy, muffin top, back rolls for days, skinny legs no butt. Buyg now I weigh more and I'm more proportionate my rolls are near gone and my muffin top is shrinking. I suggest going low carb, and eating complex carbs 90 percent of the time. Most of my carbs are fruits rich in antioxidants, banana, steal cut oats, barley, sweet potatoes, chickpeas and beans, ezikel bread, occasional quinoa and occasional brown rice and a ton of vegetables of all kinds (minute white potatoes). In fact most of my carbs are veggies. I eat 80-160 grams of carbs a day depending on my workouts/ goals. I eat high LEAN protein (salmon chicken egg whites greek yogurt plain, shrimp, turkey) and high HEALTHY fats. HEALTHY fats (nuts seeds, virgin oils, avocados etc) is amazing for fat loss contrary to popular belief. Another thing I would recommend is taking Maca powder thats amazing in balancing hormones and it's affordable, vitamin C, b complex 100, omega and evening primrose. Cardio at least 3 times a day for 30 minutes minimum. Control ur sugar intake, I only drink water, tons of it even on treat days and watch sodium intake. Finally the best thing that helped me was doing intermittent fast- that fat just fell off of me. So I skip breakfast and eat for a shorter amount of hours. I find this is great for for suppressing appetite and quick fat loss. So I eat at 2-4 pm and then stop eating at 8-10 pm and then fast till 2-4pm again the next day. Making sure i dont sleep right after I eat. Also increase ur fibre and drink teas for digestion. I also strength train as well to tone up and on the days I do lower body or full body strength training I have 160 maybe 180 grams of carbs on that day. Good luck it does go away. For the longest time I thought the only way would be for me to get Lipo or cool sculpt but it will go down. Remember this is a life style. As soon as u go back to eating crap the fat comes back but after eating this way for a year I cant imagine going back to all that crap food. It doesn't even taste good anymore on treat days. And do have treat days, you deserve. I reserve treat days for days I go out to a restaurant or travel or an event etc.

OP - that's asked every day - use the search function. Basically eat fewer calories than you burn. Nothing else to it. :+1:

More often, the case is that they're the last thing to go. It depends upon genetics, but for many people the fat around the waist/abdomen is the most stubborn fat and the very last to come off.

Also please don't take supplements, vitamins or natural herbs alone or together before consulting your doctor. I had a horrible experience with royal maca.
