Fitbit syncing

As above really was just wondering if anyone could help me? It's not syncing any exercise or adding any calories to my allowance etc. Thanks in advance x

Check the app settings on both accounts. You will need to sign into your accounts on the websites and make sure your accounts are not only linked but syncing option is turned on. If that isn't the problem check the time zones of both accounts. Mine wouldn't sinc at all until late evening. I lived in Japan when I made my MFP account and I never updated my location when I moved, but the Fitbit was set to my current zone in the US. This was in my actual accounts, not the apps. After I made sure both apps were on my current time zone and I don't have syncing issues anymore.

​​If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink.
