Noob here. Just trying to get back into shape. I was suddenly inspired after seeing my nephew's training and dieting results. He's prepping for Marine Corp's basic training. He recommend this app, so downloaded it last week and began tracking my macros and workouts. My goal is to lose 10lbs of fat and add 10 lbs of lean mass. Good luck to everyone.
