Fitbit step calories

MFP always converts my fitbit steps into calories. Is this an accurate # of calories. Right now, I am eating ~1200 calories a day. Today MFP shows I have 730 calories from steps taken. Should I eat some or all of those calories? Is my deficit too high if I don't?

Since you are eating the absolute minimum amount of calories then definitely eat at least a portion back.0

I always base it off of FitBit's "calories left". I log it here, because its a heck of a lot easier, but then count calories left through FitBit. Same with planning on how much more to eat.0
