I'm not fat but I'm squishy everywhere

I can't afford a gym membership in my area. I live too far away from everything to go. How do I tone up in a speedy way without any equipment..? I feel like if I knew what to do then I'd actually see results. And when I actually seen results I'd feel more inclined to do more and be more dedicated. However, every time I try one of my workout kicks it's short lived because I never see any changes. Any suggestions?

google body weight exercises. get one gallon containers and fill them with water, squats, lunges, burpees, running, pushups, situps. you don't need a gym. buy a few dumbells. add over time when you need a higher weight. you don't need a full on home gym to get started. what you need is creativity and motivation.

and time. how do you ever expect results if your workouts are short lived? this sounds like a want it now, no commitment issue.

Bodyweight exercises or check out second hand ads for some cheap dumbells. You can find workouts on Pinterest, Youtube, etc. As mentioned above you need to stick at it, you won't see results overnight. Find some workouts you enjoy.

There are body weight workouts you can do. These two are mentioned a lot:

    You Are Your Own Gym
    Convict Conditioning

As for "quickly," that may not be reasonable. I've been heavy lifting for two years and I'm still not at my visual goal.

My GF is "squishy" all over and I like it just fine.

I would hate it if she became a hard bodied female athelete; it would be like hugging a dude. LOL!

No reason you can't be a healthy and fit female w/o losing what makes you look and feel like a woman.

At least he recognizes this. Just ONE old man's point of view. ((retracts the claws))

    Squishy is fat. Calorie deficit.

If you have some body fat to lose, a calorie deficit will help with that. As far as the exercise, as mentioned body weight, youtube, workout videos..

Wouldn't we all love to work out for 90 days and see massive changes in our bodies?

Rethink your expectations and also look into exercise programs specially designed to help you reach your 'body goal".. Body composition changes takes time and patience..for me so far I am a couple of years in..

Should have left the claws out

    OP,
As stated there are a lot of bodyweight programs you can follow. YAYOG, convict conditioning, Al Kavadlo, nerd fitness, gmb, gymnastics bodies etc.

Real talk: You don't "tone up in a speedy way", either with or without equipment. Even with the best gym, the ideal diet/workout routine and a personal trainer at your disposal, it doesn't happen quick. It requires time, patience and lots of dedication.

I suggest taking some measurements all over, find a structured home workout program, and re-measure weekly. Chart your progress including number of reps, weight, etc. You might see strength gains before you see a reduction in the squishiness index.

If you don't see progress it will of course be too easy to drop.

    Fitness blender on youtube!

Doing the same work out can be boring. You can pick shorter or longer ones based on how you feel that day! And change it up so you don't get bored.

The best part is it's freeeeeeee!! Yay.

I started with resistance tubes. Found one YouTube video and added a couple of exercises from www.theragear.ca (the manufacturer). Since I've got another 66 lbs to go til goal, I'm still squishy... but firmer than I was three months ago.
