Question on logging activity

Is anyone doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels? How do you log it under the activity?

    I'm doing it, I use my heart rate monitor, I have the polar ft4 & then I create my own exercise & I will enter the calories I burn everyday doing it, because it's always different. I used to log it on here at Circuit training general, but this site over estimates calories burned. So I would suggest getting a good heart rate monitor :)
