Loving the results with macros!

Hey there, I've been on my fitness journey the past couple months, lost 15 lbs, plateaued and gained two, then when I started my fitness pal I realized I was eating WAYY too little and hardly eating carbs! I've lost 4 lbs now since counting my macros, and I am no longer plateauing, and I'm eating two pieces of bread at breakfast and sometimes for lunch too! it's great! I would love to make friends and help motivate each other. Let's cheer each other on! Add me!

Great work, I was basically like you with the plateauing with the weight loss/gains. Best bit is from learning to understand what works best for our body.1

I am counting Macros too and have lost 10 pounds in 15 days. It is exciting and having set macros makes it easy for me to know what to eat. Loving it so far!0
