After 5pm

I've noticed that if I need to stay up later in the evening, I get hungry again. If I'm going to stay up past 10pm, I've found that I always need a good snack planned or a little meal around 7:30-8:30pm to refuel my body. If I don't plan on that extra snack/little meal, I get really hungry and tired and end up binging to stay awake and alert. Maybe planning an extra snack/meal for those nights you are up later could help you too
