Hi there,my name is Kathy.....I would love to make some friends that are very supportive,and need friends to keep us all on track.......Ive lost 7 lbs since I joined MFP on the 1st of May...Would love to share my food diary,exercise,and to help everyone stay on track,as this is what I need...100 lbs is alot of weight to lose,but it can be done and kept off for good!Lets be friends,and help each other get thru this!Thanks so much!kathy

I don't have 100 to lose. I've lost 102 in the previous 16 months. Be patient. Be honest. Be persistent. Be humble. Log your food accurately and promptly. Weigh it with a digital scale, as that is the only way to be accurate. Scanning labels with your smart phone is not accurate. Exercise if you want to. Lift heavy weights progressively because you need to.5

I am also trying to lose 99lbs. I started 11 lbs. ago & it's been a challenge but I am trying to go slow so that I don't have skin hanging. Good luck to you and we can do this!!3
