    MACROS Per 1 pancake - 747 Calories 8p/46f/79c ~~ PER Pancake??? This is healthy, HOW?
    Healthy two ways:
    Mental health let off some steam
    and
    the cinnamon will control the blood sugar roller coaster to some extent.

    Given that the entire stack of pancakes is nigh on 3000 calories though I don't think I could work all 4 pancakes into my diet and still make my protein.
