Hello to anyone reading this! My name is Kayleigh and I currently reside in Delaware. I am new to MFP and so far I really enjoy the posts I've seen with all the members helping out each other. I have been very active throughout my lifetime but I seem to be putting on some pounds. I would love to know some tips and tricks to eating better and to get in on some of exercises that work the best when trying to shed some pounds and look better. This is not all for vanity of course, because I believe losing weight will make me feel even better about myself, and will help me develop a good diet plan. Thank you for any advice you can give me!     Welcome! have you set up your calorie goals and do you have a calorie range to eat? MFP is about logging your food intake, whether you are losing, maintaining or gaining...but it all starts there.

    what are your plans? :)
