February 17, 2017 to May 17, 2017 - 25 pounds!
Sugar readings down from 220 fasting to 110 fasting!
Feel great!
Low carb, no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners since February 17.
Goal - another 50 pounds by May 2018 and get off diabetic meds by December 2017.

    Great job!

    I've been with MFP for years but only dipped into the community aspect the last 3-4 months as I wasn't one to put myself out there much. I'd highly recommend it! "Friend up" some people. I looked for people with similar goals (low carb, like you) and the group of MFP friends I've accumulated do an awesome job of keeping me accountable.
