Last year I went from 119 lbs to 145 in 6 months when I stopped breastfeeding. 145 may not seem too high but I am very short so it put me in the over weight category. I felt horrible about myself and nothing fit or looked good. I finally started counting my calories and measuring out portions. I did 30 mins of cardio 5 times a week. I'm now down to 116 and I feel so much better!
