Day 10 of using MFP and feeling great! I have done a lot of diets where I eliminate so much...wheat, soy, dairy, corn, refined sugar, alcohol, caffeine...FUN! I lose weight but I never stick with the diet because it's just not realistic for my lifestyle. Instead, I'm now logging my meals into MPF. I am eating more whole foods but not putting unrealistic restrictions on myself. I just need to work on it each day, each day watch my portions and move more. Today is a new day. Today I will succeed!!
