Hi! I was compiling a list of possible rewards for hitting my goals. I feel I am way more motivated when I know I am going to get something awesome for all my hard work! Share yours below ☺️☀️

My list of rewards so far:
New workout outfit
Run a 5k (also 15k, 10k, and half)
Beach day
Spa day
Dinner out with friends
Massage
New running shoes
New headphones
Fitbit
Vacation to somewhere tropical

    One day, when I've finally hit my goal of being truly lean (single digit BF%) I will post a before and after in success stories.

    That's the only reward for myself I have planned. Maybe an excessive cheat day, but that's against my better judgement.

    When I get to my goal (159.9 lbs) ... my "reward" is a maintenance week where I consume calories to maintain for a whole week.

    Then I'm diving back in to get down below 15% bodyfat.
