Shoe Suggestions for BB T25

I will be doing T25 to up my cardio, but need some suggestions for good, supportive shoes. When I recently tried to start the program, I found me feet got extremely sore and I found it difficult to continue doing the movements. I did Insanity and other high impact aerobics in the past with no issues, and I believe I had different types of cross trainers, but I don't know where to look now, and for what type of shoe. Any suggestions are appreciated!
