I know there are no magical foods in particular but is it true that these speed up your metabolism or is it bs?

    I call BS!!! But fill em with a laughing cow triangle, wrap em in turkey bacon, and throw em on the grill and you have one helluva awesome treat!!!

    There is a minimal burn from the "heat" of the food but not enough to make any difference unless you consumed bushels of them but feel free to try it.

    It's BS but research has suggested a link between capsicum and cardiovascular health.
