I know there are no magical foods in particular but is it true that these speed up your metabolism or is it bs?

I call BS!!! But fill em with a laughing cow triangle, wrap em in turkey bacon, and throw em on the grill and you have one helluva awesome treat!!!0

There is a minimal burn from the "heat" of the food but not enough to make any difference unless you consumed bushels of them but feel free to try it.0
