How many calories burned when using the Total Gym?

I'm 240lbs (was 270) and I'm trying to figure out how many calories I'm burning using my total gym. This information would make my daily diary a lot more accurate. Thanks for any help!

    Given all the factors, you are trying to estimate an estimate. I would suggest giving yourself 6 calories for every minute of continuous movement. That would not include time resting or time changing exercises.

    That's my educated "estimate".

    I love the Total Gym! I'd log it as calisthenics since it's basically body weight exercises. I haven't logged here in a long time but I'm pretty sure the database has levels of calisthenics so choose the one that best fits your level of effort.

    you can log an estimate for record keeping sake, but i wouldn't use the cal's as addition to my normal allotment when i'm trying to lose. thats just me.
